Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager – Pipeline Projects (Site-Based)
Location: Various Sites Across Germany
Salary: €90,000 – €100,000 per annum
Language Requirement: Fluent German (C1 or above)
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee and deliver large-scale pipeline projects across various sites in Germany. This is a site-based role requiring regular travel and on-the-ground leadership, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution, and delivery of pipeline infrastructure projects across Germany.

  • Manage all phases of the project lifecycle including scope, budget, timeline, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

  • Coordinate site activities, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth execution.

  • Ensure compliance with German construction regulations, environmental standards, and health & safety policies.

  • Liaise with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships.

  • Provide regular progress reports, documentation, and updates to senior management.

  • Identify and mitigate project risks and delays proactively.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing infrastructure or pipeline construction projects in Germany or similar EU jurisdictions.

  • Engineering, Construction Management, or relevant technical degree preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of German construction law and regulatory environment.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Fluent in German (written and spoken); English is a plus.

  • Willingness to travel and work on site across various locations in Germany.
